Dear visitors,

The recently opened area of communication can give you a unique opportunity to get acquainted with some of the animals, to see them up close and to pet them.  This area is located in the Children`s zoo stockyard and unless the weather is bad it is usually open from 11am to 3pm.  Here you can not only communicate with our animals – poultry and Feral goats, but feed them with specially prepared feed - hay and branches.

Please note
There are certain rules we ask you to follow:
please,
• do not feed animals without the permission of the zoo staff;
• do not run or shout as you may frighten the animals;
• do not use flash when taking photos.

The length of time visitors are allowed to spend in the "Petting Place" area is regulated by the zoo staff on duty.
